Returns and Exchange

Our policy

Unwashed, unworn, or unused items in original condition, wrapping and with tags intact may be returned upon presentation of your original invoice up to 14 days after receiving your order for exchange only. If an item is not returned in this manner it will not be exchanged.

Faulty merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange upon presentation of your order confirmation within 2 weeks. Please contact us immediately if this is the case. 

Please choose and measure accurately using the measuring guide and sizing charts available on this site. All returns for exchange must be shipped and handled at the customer's own expense, including exchanges for other sizes, via registered post and along with your invoice within 14 days of receipt to:

As Hot Couture is not liable for the loss of garments being returned, we recommended you return your unwanted goods using registered mail with a tracking number to insure that we receive your item.

If you have received an incorrect, flawed, or damaged item, Hot Couture will gladly pay the packaging and postage costs for a refund or replacement. However, all “change of mind” returns must be shipped and handled at the customer's own cost.

Faulty goods

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and fabrics of our products that appear on hotcouture.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
