Delivery
Hot Couture’s products are lovingly made in Australia and all of our garments are produced in limited quantities. From the point of online purchase we make the garment and then post it to you via registered post. We endeavor to ensure delivery within Australia in 21 working days from the time of order.
Deliveries within Australia
We ship within Australian using Express Post overnight delivery service. Delivery to most areas in Australia is within 2 working days, but during busy periods allow up to 5 working days. Delivery to some regional areas may also take longer than the usual 2 working days. Shipping costs Australia wide are charged at a rate of AUD $15.00
For orders valued over $400, AUD $20.00
International deliveries
We deliver to all countries. We prefer to ship with FedEx as it is a fully traceable and reliable express courier service. Delivery takes between 5 and 15 working days to arrive. Please note that once a parcel has been dispatched its delivery time is out of our control. Periodically your local customs office may hold deliveries for periods up to three weeks before the parcel is released for delivery to you. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. Please be aware that your local customs office will apply additional charges (import tax & duties) to your goods upon arrival into your country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. These charges must be paid in full by the recipient before the parcel will be released. For further information on these charges you should contact your local customs department as charges vary from country to country.
Shipping costs for orders to New Zealand are charged at a flat rate of AUD $25.00. Orders to all other countries are charged at a flat rate of AUD $50.00

Lost or damaged goods
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hotcouture@bigpond.com (orders@hotcouture.com.au) within 7 working days of placing your order so that we can investigate. Hot Couture insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 21 days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
During holiday periods, some orders can take longer then the specified time to be delivered.

Payment & pricing policy
Payment can be made by Paypal, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and any other methods clearly advertised on the site. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Hot Couture, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take reasonable care to make our Site secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using PayPal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, Hot Couture uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
Prices shown on the site are in AUD and are exclusive of GST.
In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the Hot Couture terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to Hot Couture, whose applications are acceptable to Hot Couture and who have authorised Hot Couture to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. Hot Couture reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
By making an offer to purchase merchandise you expressly authorise us to perform credit checks and where Hot Couture feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
