Orders
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 21 DAYS PLUS DELIVERY TIME. WE WILL ALWAYS ENDEAVOUR TO SUPPLY OUR GARMENTS ASAP. WE WANT YOU OUT THERE LOOKING HOT IN HOT COUTURE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Please take an accurate measurement. EXAMPLE…When taking waist and bust hold your thumb under the tape measure at the end to allow for a loose measurement. WE cannot be responsible for incorrect measurements. Having said that we will exchange any garment for another size but the postage will be your responsibility.
All multiple item orders will be held until all items are ready to ship.
Multiple items can be be shipped separately, but there will be additional shipping and handling charges applied to each shipment.

At no time will Hot Couture share the information you provide to us. This information is used strictly for Hot Couture to process your order as soon as possible.
Return Policy
All returns will only be accepted on an exchange basis. WE DO NOT REFUND. If you have received an item that is flawed or damaged please contact us immediately by either email – hotcouture@bigpond.com or telephone 61+0434 225 793 Monday to Friday 9am-5pm EST
For exchange you must send your item back within 14 days of shipping date.
Item must be returned with original receipt from Hot Couture in its original wrapping, unworn, all original tags must be attached and be right side out. Items not returned in this manner will not be exchanged. When sending your item back we recommend that you use a carrier that can issue a tracking number to insure we receive your item. Hot Couture does not take responsibility for lost or stolen items sent back to us without the proper form of tracking.

1. Add the cost of postage to your country. The figures quoted are basic and for two items or less if you want to buy more then contact us for a price.

2. To convert the total cost to your currency, go to www.xe.com/ucc and convert the amount from Australian Dollars to your currency.
If you are in a hurry to receive your goods let us know and we will find out an express price and will do everything we can to get it to you ASAP. In Australia we can post off one garment express post for $10.00.
DELIVERY TIME
We prefer a P.O. box or a work address, unless someone is at your residence at all times. Allow approximately 21 working days for delivery. We make our garments on order which takes time. Everything we do is Australain made and of the highest quality. In Australia it will take two working days for delivery once we make the garment. New Zealand is one week. From past experience Europe and the states can be up to two weeks. Sorry but I have no control over this so I hope your Hot garment is worth waiting for.
Whilst we will make every effort to get your Hot Couture parcel to you as efficiently as we can, we cannot be held responsible for delays or costs occured in your country, be it local cusoms requirements or otherwise. Please check these requirements before you place your order.
